How should I take SODIUM CHLORIDE….4GM?

• Avoid taking sodium chloride in larger or smaller amounts or for longer than recommended, take exactly as prescribed by the doctor. Also do not forget to follow the instructions on the label. 
• Take sodium chloride with a glass full of water. 
• You can take sodium chloride either with or without food. 
• Your blood may need to be tested often to make sure that this medication is helping your condition. Also, make regular visits to your doctor.
• Even if the other person has the same symptoms as you have, do not share this medication.
• If your symptoms get worse or do not improve while using sodium chloride call your doctor. 
• Also store it away from heat, light, and moisture that is at room temperature.

Precautions to be taken for SODIUM CHLORIDE….4GM

• Allergic: If you ever had an allergic reaction to it you should not take sodium chloride. Also if in your blood there are high sodium levels then avoid taking it. 
• Diseases: Tell your doctor if you have high blood pressure, kidney or liver disease, fluid retention (around your legs or lungs), preeclampsia of pregnancy if you are on a low salt diet, or if you are allergic to any foods or drugs before you take the sodium chloride. 
• Pregnancy or breastfeeding: Also if you are pregnant or breastfeeding tells your doctor before making its intake. 
• Don’t use it: If you have stomach pain, swelling in your hands or feet, nausea or vomiting stop using sodium chloride and call your doctor at once. If your symptoms do not improve, or if they get worse while using sodium chloride call your doctor.
